You get access to everything from soft values such as how your members are feeling, how many events you have organized to how your finances are going.
High fives is something your members can give to the coaches and admins because who doesn't want to feel appreciated :). This is available to your members in the mobile app.

The reports are created automatically and you can easily adjust how often the reports should be created. The default is every 7 days. You can open your group settings to change it to every 14 or 30 days if you like.

The reports only contain information about your current business year, most of you have a business year that starts in January (default) - but you can of course change this to any month of the year in the group settings.

As soon as the report is ready, we will send an e-mail to the board members, who can easily access the report from a mobile device - bringing you important key metrics straight into your hands, wherever you might be.

What do I need to do to get started?

Step 1. We have already enabled automatic reporting for all of our customers - we only send the report to users in your group that have the board member or chairman role. 

Step 2. Make sure that you have assigned the roles to the people you want to have the report sent to. You can assign this role via the Membership database, click on a member and choose update, then open the "roles tab" and assign the role board member or chairman.

But most of my data in the report is empty - did I do something wrong?

Don't worry! This means that you haven't gotten started with some of CoachHippo's features, just start a chat with us and we will be more than happy to help you get started.
